Book on a live webinar

Are you a leader who is keen to explore tools and techniques that could help you get the best out of your team and individual team members?

Over the last year, the College of Policing and Accipio have delivered a national programme of Leadership Learning workshops and webinars, which included Strategic Influencing, Wellbeing and Resilience, Leadership Capabilities, Teams and Performance, and Change Management.

The workshops were incredibly well-received but unfortunately had to be halted as COVID-19 forced us into lockdown. We have made the decision to pick up on the themes from these workshops and have worked with our excellent speakers to arrange a series of Leadership Learning Webinars which will initially be delivered from September to December 2020.

We are developing an additional series of Webinars in partnership with the Police Superintendents Association of England & Wales (PSAEW) which will cover in addition to other themes; Diversity & Inclusion, Lessons from Op Talla, Wellbeing & Resilience. Further details on the content, arrangements and how to access these all of these webinars will be released on Leadership Learning in the near future.  The majority of the sessions will be recorded and uploaded the Leadership Learning for those that cannot attend the webinars due to other commitments.

  • COMING SOON – Webinar 4: ‘Unlocking the potential of individuals and teams’ will give you tools and knowledge to develop and nurture talent to increase overall team performance.

  • COMING SOON – Webinar 5: ‘Motivating people through effective leadership’ will develop your leadership and management capabilities to get the most out of your team.

These will be free of charge and accessed through the Leadership Learning site. Keep an eye on this page for further news.

All our leadership learning webinars are aimed at team leaders of all levels within policing, who are keen to explore tools and techniques that could help them get the best out of their team and individual team members.
