Are you a superintendent or staff equivalent who is keen to explore key operational topics and concepts that could help you act more effectively as a police leader?

The College of Policing is excited to announce the launch of an additional series of webinars in partnership with the Police Superintendents' Association (PSA). 

These are free of charge and open to all of superintendent rank/staff equivalent, and will cover in addition to other themes; Diversity & Inclusion, Lessons from Op Talla, Wellbeing & Resilience.

The majority of the sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the Leadership Learning for those that cannot attend the webinars due to other commitments. These are all free of charge and accessed through this site. Keep an eye on this page and our newsletter for further news.


These webinars are free to attend for all of superintendent rank or staff equivalent who wish to be involved in practical discussions about a variety of operational topics, concepts, and their applications in policing.

These webinars are designed to supplement learning available through our Superintendents toolkit, which has been developed in collaboration with the Police Superintendents' Association. This toolkit contains numerous eLearning modules, tools, resources, templates, videos and other materials, covering a variety of topics across operations, leadership and personal capabilities.
