Unravelling Unconscious Bias – Science and Solutions

January 26 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm

Free

Overview

This webinar will discuss both the science behind and solutions for unconscious bias. Unintentional biases affect our decision-making, communication, and the ways we perceive the world. Unconscious bias can be more common than conscious bias, and they can often be incompatible with one another – with biases becoming more prevalent when multi-tasking or working under pressure, understanding the causes and potential solutions can be vital to effective and thoughtful policing.
