This session is to support Senior Leaders to consider the context, rationale and implementation of a public health approach to policing. It will include:
- What we mean by public health approaches
- The benefits of adopting public health approaches within policing
- What is available to support local implementation
This session will be delivered by Deputy Chief Constable Julian Moss of West Mercia Police and Linda Hindle of Public Health England.
This free-of-charge, 1.5hour session is scheduled to run from 11:00am until 12:30pm on Tuesday 25th January 2022, and will be hosted on Microsoft Teams. The speakers are Deputy Chief Constable Julian Moss of West Mercia Police and Linda Hindle of Public Health England.
