Learning from Major Incidents: Inclusion and Diversity in the Public Eye
February 9 @ 3:00 pm - 4:30 pmFree
Diversity, equality and inclusion are key priorities in policing. We encourage people at all levels and from all groups to recognise, understand and engage with the need for personal and organisational change, with the goal of nurturing an inclusive culture which enables everyone to contribute and flourish as their true self at work. In turn, this will improve productivity and performance for the public. This webinar will explore what it’s like being in the public eye as a Superintendent, and the means of improving the level of inclusion and diversity of the service.
This free-of-charge, 1-1.5 hour webinar is scheduled to run from 3.00pm until 4.30pm on Tuesday 9th February, and will be hosted on Microsoft Teams.
PSA webinars are aimed at Superintendents who are keen to grow and develop their strategies for leadership and communication, whilst covering a wide variety of related themes.
