With researcher and author, Professor Megan Reitz – ranked as one of the top 50 management thinkers in the world by Thinkers50 and on the 2021 HR Most Influential list of Thinkers.
In this workshop, Professor Reitz explores:
– How to hold productive dialogue about challenges with no easy solution
– Managing stakeholders with different perspectives
– Traps that activists and leaders fall into and how to avoid them
This free-of-charge, 1.5hour session is scheduled to run from 11:00 until 12:30 on Tuesday 24th January 2023, and will be hosted on Microsoft Teams.
This event is for Superintendents, Chief Superintendents (and police staff equivalents), and those who have attended or are registered to attend any of the following qualifying events: Aspire Leadership Development Programme, Career Pathways Workshop, the Senior Leaders Development Centre, Senior Leadership Development Programme (SLDP). To avoid disappointment please do not register for the event if you are not eligible to attend.
