This webinar will discuss methods and techniques for inclusive leadership, with a focus on the personal and professional implications of intersectionality. Looking through the lens of intersectionality is key in understanding the ways in which you can improve your own leadership capabilities. In this webinar we will explore how this intersectionality affects yourself and your staff, and how you can reflect and act upon these results to develop your skills to the benefit of everyone you work with.
This free-of-charge, 1-1.5 hour webinar is scheduled to run from 11.00am until 12.30pm on Tuesday 23th March, and will be hosted on Microsoft Teams.
