How to conduct difficult conversations (Sabehia Mohamed)
December 16 @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pmFree
Addressing issues at work with people is one of the most difficult things a manager experiences. Very often, managers don’t know what to say to the person and end up avoiding dealing with the problem. The session will offer a framework for holding a difficult conversation before it escalates into something more serious.
