Coaching is used far and wide as one of the best ways for individuals to develop, progress and grow. Increasingly, we’re seeing leaders being advised to embrace coaching-style leadership too. Yet, often, the what, why and how are forgotten. In this session, we’ll cover what coaching is all about, how to be an effective leader with coaching-style leadership and all the key benefits of doing so.

The speaker for this session, Ed Johnson, is the CEO & Co-Founder of PushFar, a globally-leading platform helping to make mentoring and coaching more accessible and effective for individuals and organisations.

Itinerary

This free-of-charge, 1-1.5 hour webinar is scheduled to run from 2:00pm until 3:30pm on Wednesday 13th July 2022, and will be hosted on Microsoft Teams.

 

Eligibility

This session is open to all staff and officer roles within the police service.
