Context

You remember that great feeling you have when you meet someone who you know is perfect for your team.  Their natural energy and enthusiasm outweigh any initial lack of experience.  You can see how their strengths will dovetail perfectly into the team – it’s a moment where everything and everyone is flourishing.

But the modern workplace demands more for less. Individuals are pulled in so many directions that ‘busyness’ gets in the way of their strengths. Even your best people can lose their way and become stuck in ‘the curse of mediocrity’.

The ‘Golden Thread’

While our flagship ‘Art of Being Brilliant’ workshop is the ideal tonic to give everyone a positive shot in the arm, BRILLIANT STRENGTHS is a journey of self-strength-discovery. In our signature fun and interactive way, we will re-kindle inherent strengths – and uncover new ones.  The result is revitalised and re-energised individuals who are able to operate as a high-performance team.

Research suggests that playing to your strengths is the smallest change that can have the biggest impact on employee engagement. If you look closely, you’ll see that ‘strengths’ is the golden thread that runs through any high-performance team.

Itinerary

This free-of-charge, 1.5-hour session is scheduled to run from 1:00pm until 2:30pm on Thursday 30th MArch 2022, and will be hosted on Microsoft Teams.
