This determines programme length and cost. An Award consists of less courses and takes roughly three months to complete. This can be extended to a Certificate (six months) or Diploma (over one year).
You can boost your programme with coaching, face-to-face training, 360 report, EQ psychometric report and a copy of the course book. This is normally provided by your Force.
We will send you a CMI number and membership, access to COP Leadership Learning and joining instructions.
Complete eLearning and reflective learning assignments for each course. We normally release each course eight weeks apart, and you have up to three years to complete the qualification.
