  • I’ve found that the content of the programme has made me think and evaluate areas of work in a new light. The guided research topics have enabled me to challenge my own pre-conceived ideas of what it means to operate ethically, specifically around how to handle the differences between the personal ethics we all bring with us and how this then shapes the organisation as a whole. It has ultimately given me increased confidence when I need to challenge the way in which my own organisation handles and operates areas of ethical and innovation management.

How does it work?

STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR LEVEL (3, 5, 6, 7 or 8)

Please see notes above to find out which one is most suitable.

STEP 2: AWARD, CERTIFICATE OR DIPLOMA?

This determines programme length and cost. An Award consists of less courses and takes roughly three months to complete. This can be extended to a Certificate (six months) or Diploma (over one year).

STEP 3: DISCUSS HOW YOUR FORCE SUPPORTS THE ONLINE LEARNING

You can boost your programme with coaching, face-to-face training, 360 report, EQ psychometric report and a copy of the course book. This is normally provided by your Force.

STEP 4: REGISTER WITH US

We will send you a CMI number and membership, access to COP Leadership Learning and joining instructions.

STEP 5: START THE PROGRAMME

Complete eLearning and reflective learning assignments for each course. We normally release each course eight weeks apart, and you have up to three years to complete the qualification.

STEP 6: GRADUATE

Receive your CMI qualification in leadership and management.
