The highly experienced change consultant Campbell Macpherson will be delivering webinars on the topic of change leadership over four days in May. These are for College of Policing staff only and have been designed to provide all College staff with the capabilities and knowledge required to successfully deliver change initiatives, and also practical guidance with regards to how to integrate these changes into your teams or functions within the College. A more comprehensive description can be found below the calendar.

All sessions will run from 9:00-15:00. The available dates are:

Change leadership 

Four webinar sessions on change and how to implement initiatives – available to any and all internal College of Policing leaders

 

Overview

The successful implementation of change is key to continuous organisational improvement and operational success. The subject is particularly relevant in the context of the unprecedented circumstances we all now find ourselves operating in. Everyone must be able to act as a leader; and be able to respond to, develop and drive changes within their team and organisation, including within the College.

 

The highly experienced change consultant Campbell Macpherson will be delivering webinars on the topic of change leadership over four days in May. These are for all College of Policing staff and have been designed to provide all College staff with the capabilities and knowledge required to successfully deliver change initiatives, and also practical guidance with regards to how to integrate these changes into your teams or functions within the College.

Speaker

Campbell Macpherson has been working as a consultant for over thirty years, helping organisations across both the public and private sector implement successful strategic and organisational change. He has previously been involved with the change leadership webinars and workshops as part of the ongoing Leadership Learning series. You can read his full profile here.

Schedule

The same event will be repeated four times over the space of a few weeks to ensure that all within the College have equal opportunities to attend around pre-existing schedule items. You should register to attend one of the days only. Each of the sessions will run from around 09:00 to 15:00 with breaks scheduled throughout the day. Registration will close at 13:00 on the day before the event.

Eligibility

These sessions are open to any internal College staff who wish to develop their understanding of change leadership and how to embed initiatives within a team or organisation.
